Lead a performance marketing function that turns audience, intent, creative and data signals into pipeline and revenue growth. The role sits within revenue marketing and shapes where budget goes and how prospects convert.

What you will do

• Own the digital strategy tied to pipeline and revenue targets, including channel mix and audience priorities
• Set investment plans and contribute to quarterly and annual budget decisions
• Run paid media, intent signals and account-based programs across search, social, display, CTV, audio, Reddit and programmatic OOH
• Use automated bidding and budget tools to reallocate spend in real time based on performance and engagement
• Optimize for pipeline quality, conversion speed and cost efficiency rather than lead counts alone
• Connect media spending clearly to business results

• Experience building and scaling digital performance marketing programs that generate pipeline
• Ability to translate business goals into investment strategy and channel plans
