Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

Plan, run and optimise Meta ad campaigns for a varied client base. Combine paid social performance work with client communication and tracking setup.

What you will do

• Build and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across more than 25 ad accounts
• Write ad copy and choose images to create effective creatives
• Study performance data and present reports and recommendations to clients
• Agree campaign goals, audiences and budgets with clients and check ads and landing pages
• Install and configure Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and fix tracking issues
• Create custom audiences and conversion tracking from pixel data and keep up with Meta changes

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• Expert use of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Experience handling Meta ads for several clients at once
• Skilled in tracking setup, web traffic analysis and audience engagement metrics
• Strong project management and close attention to detail
• Analytical mindset and clear client communication, plus video ad experience

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other channels such as Google Ads
• Media buying, planning and creative strategy on Meta
• Comfort with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
• Knowledge of Asana, Canva and copywriting or editing
