Partner Sales Manager, AI Training

About the role

A founding sales role in a newly incubated AI training business, shaping commercial strategy and building strategic partnerships across the AI ecosystem.

What you will do

• Work with prospective customers to understand their AI training challenges and shape commercial solutions
• Own opportunities end to end, from outreach and discovery through negotiation and close
• Coordinate with the Strategic Projects Lead on feasibility, expectations and deliverability
• Develop repeatable partnerships and grow high-value customer relationships over time
• Refine pipeline management, account prioritization, forecasting, pricing and sales processes as the business scales

What they look for

• At least five years in business development, partnerships or enterprise sales
• Experience selling into or partnering with AI, data or technology organizations
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into commercial solutions
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders across the sales cycle
• Comfort operating in an early-stage, evolving business
