About the role

A remote assistant role supporting a small leadership development business. The assistant handles bookkeeping, recurring event logistics and light marketing so the founder can step away.

What you will do

Handle daily accounting, bills, receipts and financial records
Track cash flow and prepare budgets for monthly events
Process invoices and pay vendors once events finish
Follow up on unpaid client invoices and help collect payment
Coordinate routine logistics and venue preparation for off-site events
Support social media and other basic marketing tasks

What they look for

Highly organized and dependable working style
Ability to own recurring tasks without close supervision
Experience with bookkeeping and financial administration
Skill in coordinating event logistics and vendors
Comfort working on Eastern Time, Monday to Friday
