Warranty Litigation Attorney

About the role

A fully remote California litigation role handling warranty and commercial matters for corporate clients, with room to grow from associate to leadership.

What you will do

• Handle warranty and commercial litigation from inception through trial and appeal
• Research law and produce persuasive written work
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery and case evaluations
• Manage written discovery and document-heavy matters
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions as experience allows

What they look for

• Active California bar membership in good standing
• At least one year of litigation experience
• Strong research, writing, analytical and communication skills
• Experience with discovery, motions, depositions and deadlines suited to seniority
• Solid organization, judgment and case management

Nice to have

• Warranty, Song-Beverly, automotive, commercial, product liability or similar civil litigation background
• Trial experience for senior candidates
• Ability to mentor or supervise junior attorneys at senior level
