Recruitment Associate

About the role

You will source and screen Latin American candidates for an executive assistant training programme, running the recruitment process hands-on from advertising through to endorsement.

What you will do

• Post advertisements on various platforms to grow the Latin American candidate pool
• Review resumes and identify applicants who genuinely meet the requirements
• Schedule and conduct interviews, refining your technique as you go
• Give constructive feedback and arrange follow-up sessions or re-recordings
• Endorse candidates against weekly targets while keeping standards high
• Keep candidate records accurate and work with other teams to understand client needs

What they look for

• Background in recruitment, interviewing or talent acquisition
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English, with excellent English essential
• Based in Mexico, as the role is currently limited to Mexico-based candidates
• Comfortable using basic Google Workspace tools such as Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Slides and Docs
• Available 40 hours weekly on day or night shifts as scheduled
• Able to work as an exclusive independent contractor with your own home office equipment
