Client Happiness Servicing Associate

About the role

A servicing role focused on helping borrowers manage their loans through responsive, empathetic support across chat, email, SMS and phone, while guiding repayment and promoting suitable products.

What you will do

• Answer client questions promptly through chat, email, SMS or phone with accurate information and repayment guidance
• Help clients set up payment arrangements, explain relief options and follow up on documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to resolve client needs quickly
• Keep clear, professional records in client systems and research issues using internal and external tools

What they look for

• At least one year in customer service, sales or collections
• Strong written and verbal communication with de-escalation and resolution skills
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace for professional calls
• Comfort with technology, ideally Mac, and basic math for loan support
• Ability to handle high call volumes, listen actively and work both independently and in teams

Nice to have

• Experience in student lending, banking or financial aid
• Call center background or exposure to sales or account management
• Familiarity with loan processing or underwriting
