Support a broker with post settlement mortgage administration, loan submissions, document management and lender coordination in a part-time virtual role.
What you will do
- Complete pricing requests and negotiate interest rates, escalating where needed
- Prepare loan switches and variations as instructed by the broker and client
- Maintain client databases, broking systems, gift cards and referral programs
- Generate compliance and application paperwork and organise supporting documents
- Enter borrower and loan data into aggregator software and ApplyOnline
- Order valuations and credit reports, and complete lender application and discharge forms

- Ability to source and cross check client information against lender checklists
- Accuracy in data entry with zero tolerance for errors
- Confidence to contact banks and clients directly
- Skill with PDF software and lender application forms
- Ability to quality check own work and spot documentation gaps
