Executive Assistant, Digital Marketing and E-commerce

About the role

Support a business owner across an AI marketing agency, a furniture e-commerce brand and a cleaning franchise. The role covers administration, marketing and operations with a high degree of autonomy.

What you will do

• Handle calendar management, scheduling and daily administrative tasks
• Track priorities, follow-ups and open items across the three businesses
• Run social media accounts and assist with day-to-day marketing
• Set up and maintain marketing funnels in GoHighLevel and coordinate with the existing team
• Manage Shopify and TikTok Shop listings, orders and store updates
• Research and coordinate with TikTok influencers and content creators

What they look for

• Strong background in admin support, social media, e-commerce platforms and funnel management
• Hands-on GoHighLevel experience
• Experience with overseas product sourcing or development, including supplier research
• Able to present product and supplier information with clear recommendations
• Highly organised and proactive with strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing and coordinating TikTok influencers or developing content
