Accounting Specialist

About the role

Support the finance and operations team with receivables, payables, commission calculations and reconciliations. Keep financial records accurate and reporting reliable while working closely with finance and sales.

What you will do

• Issue customer invoices, track balances and follow up on overdue payments
• Process vendor invoices, keep vendor records and resolve billing discrepancies
• Calculate and process sales commissions against compensation plans and sales data
• Perform daily and monthly reconciliations and assist with month end closing
• Maintain records in QuickBooks and produce financial and operational reports

What they look for

• At least two years of professional accounting, receivables, payables or similar experience
• Hands on professional Salesforce experience for sales data, reports and commission work
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Solid analytical, numerical and problem solving abilities with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English and ability to work independently in a remote setting
