Payments Compliance Analyst

About the role

A role focused on processing payments accurately and on time while handling fraud checks and account validation. The analyst works closely with individual transactions and bank contacts.

What you will do

• Contact security holders by phone and email to clear account and user validation flags
• Review exception materials carefully to resolve validation issues and fraud concerns
• Send reports to banking partners for holders who split payments
• Reconcile records and prepare reporting on payment activity
• Manage several priorities at once in a fast moving setting
