  • Check complex earnings and deductions such as leave of absence, one-time payments, union dues, commissions and PTO
  • Apply contract changes to payroll processes and answer employee tickets in ServiceNow
  • Use Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, queries) to validate data and support system testing and upgrades
