Own the day-to-day accounting, payroll and Australian compliance for a business serving restaurants and bars, reporting straight to the CEO.

What you will do
- Process fortnightly payroll, reimbursements and entitlement records
- Handle PAYG, BAS, payroll tax, superannuation and WorkCover lodgements
- Support statutory accounts, budgets and forecasts, and improve finance processes
What they look for
- Australian accounting experience
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
- Experience managing creditors and payment processing
- Clear communication, integrity and the ability to work independently
Nice to have
- Hands-on Xero experience
- Experience in a SaaS or technology setting
- Exposure to Stripe or CRM reconciliations
