People Experience Coordinator

About the role

An administrative and operational support role for the people team, keeping records accurate and confidential while helping coordinate processes across the employee lifecycle.

What you will do

• Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings and preparing documentation
• Keep employee files and personnel records accurate and confidential in line with policy and law
• Handle data entry, reporting, audits and compliance tracking including certifications
• Answer basic people and culture policy questions and escalate complex ones
• Coordinate logistics for people initiatives, training sessions and monthly reporting
• Support employee relations cases, workplace investigations and return-to-work coordination

What they look for

• At least one year of human resources experience touching employee relations, investigations or people compliance
• Fluency in English and French, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and discretion with sensitive matters
