Performance Growth Lead

About the role

Owns paid social growth for a scaling apparel brand, managing large Meta budgets across several countries. The role pairs media buying with creative strategy, commercial analysis and heavy use of AI.

What you will do

• Allocate spend based on contribution profit, demand, stock, margin and growth potential
• Forecast results at different spend levels and guard against inefficient scaling
• Analyse product, market, customer and offer data and turn it into commercial action
• Build weekly and monthly creative strategies and translate them into clear briefs
• Use AI for data analysis, reporting automation, creative concepts and forecasting
