Senior Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

A senior individual contributor role owning sales policies, the global forecast process and the operating rhythm of the revenue organization, working remotely with written documentation as the main channel.

What you will do

• Own the rules for booking, crediting and forecasting deals, including opportunity netting and sales stage exit criteria
• Write policies, secure approval and explain changes to the field so everyone understands the reasoning
• Spot process issues early, size them with data, find root causes and drive fixes with the relevant teams
• Work with Revenue Systems to encode policy into system rules, validations and alerts
• Improve forecast methodology by comparing results to forecasts, explaining gaps and adjusting processes
• Run the weekly forecast readout for revenue leadership and feed forecasting insight into annual planning
