What you will do
- Check daily EVV dashboards and flag exceptions, missed punches or GPS alerts
- Contact caregivers and field staff to fix missing data and log reason codes
- Reconcile EVV logs against timesheets before payroll and billing
- Keep timestamped compliance records ready for state or Medicaid reviews
- Document processes and analyse data for quality assurance
