Finds and wins new enterprise business for connected safety hardware and services, meeting sales and profit targets. Builds relationships with end users and executives and positions solutions as part of clients' operational strategies.
What you will do
- Build and execute a growth strategy for hardware and services in enterprise markets
- Identify, qualify and close new enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through solution design, proposals and contracts
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling across the portfolio
- Work with product, client success and operations to configure and deliver solutions
- Keep accurate forecasts and reporting in CRM systems
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
- At least seven years in enterprise sales or business development, ideally in industrial, technology or hardware-enabled services
- Proven B2B sales record
- Strong business acumen and expert negotiation skills

- MBA or advanced degree
