About the role

You will manage a portfolio of single-family homeowner associations and act as the main advisor to each board of directors, guiding operational and financial choices while coordinating vendors, projects and resident concerns.

What you will do

• Give boards timely factual updates on property matters, compliance, finances, governance and open items
• Guide boards through vendor selection, projects, budgets, architectural requests and payment plans
• Prepare agendas and materials for board, annual and special meetings, and facilitate those meetings
• Handle homeowner questions, escalations, tickets, calls and emails professionally
• Coordinate new board orientations and set clear expectations for communication and service
