Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Take over paid media for the Australian market, replacing an agency and owning strategy plus hands-on execution across major ad platforms. The goal is to restore strong direct-to-consumer growth.

What you will do

• Own paid media strategy and hands-on management on Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon for Australia
• Find gaps in retargeting, funnel mix and upper versus lower funnel balance, then fix them
• Manage a large annual ad budget with accountability for performance and spend efficiency
• Brief the in-house designer on creative needs and test creative hypotheses
• Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and revenue by channel, and report insights
• Keep up with platform changes and emerging AI ad tools

What they look for

• Proven hands-on experience with Meta and Facebook ads
• Experience running paid media in-house at a comparable e-commerce brand and spend level
• Ability to own paid media end to end, from diagnosis to independent execution
• Data-driven, growth-minded approach and ability to learn a new market quickly
• Experience managing significant ad budgets with clear performance accountability
• Strong written and verbal English for briefs, reporting and remote collaboration
