Key Account Manager

About the role

An individual contributor sales role focused on launching a new kidney transplant therapy in a defined US territory and hitting launch revenue goals. The position builds the first sales foundation for the product while working with cross-functional partners.

What you will do

• Create strategic account plans that identify opportunities and stakeholders and lift product use in suitable patients
• Cultivate lasting professional ties with prescribers, hospital teams and transplant staff
• Navigate complicated hospital, academic and transplant settings to reach decision makers
• Answer customer questions within approved labeling and sales training, routing other inquiries to the right partners
• Track account decisions affecting access and pursue formulary listing and electronic medical record inclusion
• Coordinate with market access, medical, operations, marketing and trade colleagues on territory and national issues
