AI Powered Product Manager

About the role

A hybrid product strategist and builder role that links customer needs with technical delivery. The person uses AI coding assistants and low-code tools to create quick prototypes that validate feature ideas before production work starts.

What you will do

• Work directly with customers to pin down and confirm the scope, behaviour and usability of new features
• Turn discovery insights into user stories, storyboards, wireframes and working AI-built prototypes
• Set expectations openly about release dates, launches and training, keeping customers informed ahead of time
• Present the product in demos, training and technical sales support when required
• Use AI coding assistants, no-code and low-code builders to produce interactive prototypes before production code
• Keep the product backlog groomed with clear user stories, acceptance criteria and test cases

What they look for

• At least four years in a product role, whether product management, product development or a builder and PM hybrid
• A track record of using AI tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Claude or ChatGPT to build and ship working prototypes
• Solid Agile and Scrum grounding, including backlog management, sprint ceremonies, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to adapt for technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable in the fast, ambiguous, high-ownership setting of a small growth-stage company
