Own paid customer acquisition for a client, running campaigns across search and social channels. Drive profitable growth through testing, optimisation and clear performance reporting.
What you will do
- Manage and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Set campaign structures, audience targeting and budget allocation
- Test creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages
- Set up and validate conversion tracking and attribution
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights
What they look for
- At least three years in performance marketing or paid media
- Experience managing substantial advertising budgets
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, attribution and campaign optimisation
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Clear written and verbal English communication
