- Plan, run and optimise inbound and outbound campaigns against commercial targets
- Track channel and campaign performance and report results regularly
- Use analytics tools to spot issues and opportunities and refine plans
- Guide paid campaign strategy together with supporting agencies
- Develop organic search and content strategies for each customer lifecycle stage
- Manage digital marketers and coordinate budgets, schedules and deadlines
