Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Acquisition

About the role

A client of the hiring firm needs a hands-on paid media specialist to run customer acquisition across search and social advertising, from planning budgets to reporting results.

What you will do

• Run and tune campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels
• Design campaign structures, audience targeting and budget pacing
• Track and lift key metrics such as acquisition cost, cost per lead and return on ad spend
• Test ad creative, messaging, audiences and landing pages
• Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution
• Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear recommendations

What they look for

• At least three years in performance marketing or paid media
• Hands-on command of Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Track record managing substantial ad budgets
• Solid grasp of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, attribution and campaign optimization
• Proven gains in acquisition efficiency or return on ad spend
• Strong analytical skills and independent campaign management
