Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Acquisition

About the role

Owns paid customer acquisition for a client, running campaigns across search and social channels to drive profitable growth. Handles strategy, budgets, testing, tracking and reporting end to end.

What you will do

• Run and optimise campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels
• Design campaign structures, targeting and audience strategies
• Manage advertising budgets, spend allocation and pacing
• Test creatives, messaging, audiences and landing pages
• Set up and validate conversion tracking and attribution
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights

What they look for

• Three or more years in performance marketing or paid media
• Experience managing substantial paid advertising budgets
• Grasp of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion tracking and attribution
• Proven record of improving ROAS or acquisition efficiency
• Strong analytical skills and independent campaign management
