What you will do
- Define and deliver paid media campaigns based on objectives, audiences, budgets and ROI projections
- Set up and check campaigns delivered through agencies and partners
- Optimise campaigns and the player journey using performance metrics
- Brief, negotiate and supervise endemic and store campaigns with external partners
- Lead email marketing strategy, planning, segmentation, execution and reporting
- Translate paid media, analytics and store data into insights and benchmarks

- Hands-on experience running PC and console campaigns across Meta, Google, Reddit, TikTok, X, Snapchat and Amazon
- Strong knowledge of PC and console games marketing and its attribution challenges
- Advanced campaign optimisation and performance analysis skills
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, event mapping and digital analytics
- Extensive email marketing and segmentation experience, preferably with HubSpot or Mailchimp
- Understanding of digital privacy and compliance across advertising, tracking and CRM
Nice to have
- Adobe Analytics experience
- Mobile advertising, MMP and mobile network experience in gaming
