What you will do
- Architect scalable, secure and highly available platform solutions
- Build and maintain telemetry ingestion pipelines for flow data
- Support and improve DDoS detection and mitigation platforms
- Analyze traffic patterns to inform optimization and security
- Define infrastructure as code and automation strategies
- Enable observability, monitoring and performance tuning across platforms

- Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking including BGP, OSPF, ISIS, DNS and SNMP
- Hands-on experience in a service provider network environment
- Familiarity with NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX and traffic telemetry systems
- Experience owning and operating DDoS platforms such as Netscout Arbor or similar
- Comfort with Linux or Unix systems and scripting in Python, Go or similar
- Working knowledge of RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
