Prime Operations Assistant

About the role

Support the operational workflows behind a token management platform for institutional clients, covering billing, contracts, onboarding and token distributions.

What you will do

• Reconcile subscription and billing records, look into mismatches and follow up on collections
• Handle agreement intake and workflows in Ironclad, tracking signatures, renewals and contract files
• Coordinate onboarding for new customers and manage inbox triage and lifecycle communications
• Prepare token distributions and support grant setup, migrations and lockup coverage
• Keep standard procedures, reporting methods and core datasets current, flagging automation chances

What they look for

• Proven ability to run several workflows at once with steady accuracy in billing reconciliation and record keeping
• Practical use of tools such as Ironclad, Pylon, CRM systems or subscription billing platforms
• Comfort with KPI tracking, data hygiene and documented controls for revenue and customer reporting
• Responsible use of generative AI with human review to produce business-ready work
