What you will do

  • Act as subject matter expert and main contact for assigned client accounts
  • Handle client requests within agreed SLAs, typically across 3 to 6 projects
  • Review contracts, time spent, billings, renewals and profitability
  • Run account reviews to check satisfaction, backlogs and service quality
  • Train and mentor the team on technical and functional skills
