Own the segment sales strategy for data center infrastructure software, turning technical integrations and early customer interest into recurring software and support revenue.
What you will do
- Define segment strategy, target accounts, pipeline, forecasts and a competitive view for infrastructure software.
- Win lighthouse customers and ecosystem partners such as software vendors, OEMs, cloud providers and integrators.
- Build repeatable commercialization paths from integration through validation, launch, paid adoption, renewal and expansion.
- Shape complex deals on pricing, packaging, licensing, entitlements, support and partner routes with cross functional teams.
- Equip sellers and partners with plays that show measurable customer outcomes and help qualify opportunities.
What they look for
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 15 years in segment, specialist, product, technical or partner sales for enterprise infrastructure software.
- Proven record building segment plans, qualifying complex deals, inspecting pipeline, forecasting and converting demand into revenue.
- Background in storage infrastructure or data services.
