  • Own executive relationships, business reviews and success plans for a set of strategic accounts, tied to measurable outcomes.
  • Run escalations from triage and root cause through cross-team coordination and clear customer updates until resolved.
  • Track adoption and health, then turn gaps into prioritized action plans with named owners.
  • Forecast and protect renewals, and work with Sales to find and grow expansion opportunities.
  • Run technical discovery to map customer workflows, data and third-party systems onto product capabilities.
  • Design and document solutions covering configuration, settings, pricebooks, estimates, reporting and integrations.
