What you will do

  • Own the activation funnel from practice sign-up through first onboarded patient to regular use, and fix the drop-offs
  • Build a motion that brings the right practices and therapists on board across DACH, picking those likely to activate
  • Design experiments with clear hypotheses and success criteria set before launch, then review results honestly
  • Run the team as a player-coach: set the weekly plan on Monday, review Friday, coach on calls and take calls yourself
  • Do your own segmentations and funnel analyses, and work with Marketing, Product, Insurance and Account Management
