Senior Brand Partnership Manager

About the role

A revenue focused role owning enterprise brand partnerships, growing accounts and advising marketing teams on creator content programs that meet campaign goals.

What you will do

• Convert warm contacts in consumer goods brands and agencies into new signed partners
• Map large accounts to activate additional sub-brands, units and portfolio companies
• Manage the whole partnership lifecycle across in-person, phone, email and virtual contact
• Guide brand marketing teams on using creator and user content to reach campaign targets
• Plan around launch calendars, seasonal moments and always-on content so work lands on strategy
• Refine playbooks and templates for scaling partnerships and keep records current in HubSpot

What they look for

• Proven sales skills and a record of hitting revenue targets with enterprise accounts
• An existing network of consumer packaged goods brand and agency relationships
• Strong problem solving, close attention to detail and comfort in a changing environment
• Ability to pair new business development with long term account growth
• Understanding of brand guidelines, messaging and content strategy
