What you will do

  • Act as top-tier admin for the recruiting platforms: permissions, workflows, approvals, compliance settings
  • Own integrations between recruiting systems and the wider people stack, including APIs and middleware
  • Triage and fix system issues, then close the loop with the person who raised them
  • Keep change discipline: sandbox testing, documented decisions, release notes, user comms
  • Build a multi-quarter roadmap and argue for what is worth doing
  • Run vendor relationships, renewals and escalations with procurement and finance
