What you will do
- Learn the legal accounting product hands on and turn that knowledge into clear articles
- Write and keep up help articles plus messages shown inside the app
- Work with product, support, customer, development and UX people to document workflows correctly
- Meet a fixed release schedule and tight deadlines, coordinating with other writers
- Follow internal and Microsoft style guides and suggest where standards could improve

- Degree in technical communication, technical writing, English or a similar field
- Three to four years writing technical or software content
- Able to pick up complex technical ideas, especially accounting principles, and explain them simply
- Comfortable with Zendesk, Microsoft Office, Pendo, Notion, Asana and HTML
- Strong written, spoken, analytical and organisational skills, and at ease working alone or in a team
Nice to have
- Master's degree in technical communication, technical writing or English
- Five or more years in technical writing, or background in law firm management and accounting
