- Lead and mentor an Agile product team of four to eight software and quality assurance engineers
- Set technical direction across planning, design, development, testing and deployment
- Partner with the product owner on backlog prioritisation and sprint and release planning
- Run technical design discussions, design reviews and code reviews
- Own the development lifecycle including builds, test automation, deployment and release readiness
