What you will do
- Act as main contact and trusted adviser for a portfolio of subscription customers
- Build relationships across each customer organisation, from daily users to senior decision makers
- Create and maintain account plans linking customer goals to the value delivered
- Plan and run quarterly business reviews and regular check-ins
- Learn the platform well enough to discuss integrations and data workflows with technical teams
- Spot problems early and bring in specialists when needed
