Project Manager, Health Programs

About the role

Manage partnerships and projects that advance whole child health in schools and communities. Build partner capacity and track progress toward shared health goals.

What you will do

• Grow and maintain a set of strategic relationships that raise awareness of health initiatives
• Find school community champions to collaborate on whole child health projects with agreed goals
• Bring partners together locally, statewide or nationally to encourage advocacy and collaboration
• Coach partners and provide technical help on tools, resources and best practices
• Support district and school leadership teams with data, goal setting, action planning and impact measurement
• Report progress through grant reports, project updates and systems such as CRM and Knowi
