Project Manager

About the role

The role keeps approved product initiatives moving through the development lifecycle by making plans, risks, dependencies and readiness visible across functions.

What you will do

• Turn approved scope and readiness criteria into one integrated plan with estimates and commitments
• Map the critical path, decision points, handoffs and risks before they turn into blockers
• Run the minimal cadence that keeps work aligned and moving
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers and decisions in the shared system of record
• Make proposed scope changes visible with their impact on schedule, capacity, quality and readiness
• Surface unresolved blockers early with owner, impact, options and timing, and escalate when needed

What they look for

• Strong planning, facilitation, dependency and risk management, writing and escalation skills
• Ability to translate approved scope into plans while leaving product and functional decisions with their owners
• Experience with Jira or similar delivery tooling and disciplined record keeping
• Ability to run several workstreams at once and communicate concise delivery evidence
• Comfort using AI-assisted planning, synthesis, documentation and automation

Nice to have

• Background in education technology, SaaS or curriculum work
