Proposals Associate

About the role

The associate supports the sales process by preparing customer-focused proposals covering pricing, products and network access, working under close supervision.

What you will do

• Help set up and run results-driven programs and new initiatives for the proposals area
• Carry out basic business impact assessments of forecasted changes in the proposals field
• Pull data from source systems to build proposals and compute fees within set authority limits
• Organise questionnaire answers around quotation strategy and customer priorities
• Assist with plan design review, prepare deviation documents and compile ancillary coverage proposals
• Draft material for sales presentations and marketing surveys

What they look for

• Two or more years of experience in the EAP industry
• Two or more years presenting to and communicating with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
• Proven professional writing background producing clear, concise, well-structured responses
• A growth mindset with agility and willingness to develop self and others
• Associate degree

Nice to have

• Health insurance industry experience
• Expert knowledge of the RFP process
• Expert project management skills
• Expert problem solving, decision making and verbal and written communication
