Customer Success Manager

About the role

You will look after the biggest corporate accounts, making sure clients get full value from volunteering services and keep renewing. The role mixes account growth, program advice and social impact guidance.

What you will do

• Grow and look after enterprise accounts so that service use and revenue increase
• Create account plans that tie client objectives and return metrics to what the company can deliver
• Run and coordinate major client programs across teams, timelines and deliverables
• Back the sales team on renewals and negotiations to keep retention high and churn low
• Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on impact and partnership strategy
• Map relationships in each account and report on impact and utilization regularly
