Recruiter (Family Office)

About the role

Fits a self-directed recruiter who can source people across markets in the EU, Latin America, the Gulf and South Africa and handle sensitive details with care. Roles range from finance and legal staff to chefs, tutors and yacht or jet crew.

What you will do

• Run the whole recruitment cycle, from intake call to signed offer
• Source and map candidates actively instead of waiting for applications
• Handle candidate contact with discretion given the family office setting
• Screen and interview people against role requirements and fit
• Work with hiring stakeholders on role briefs and interview steps
• Track pipeline progress and raise risks or bottlenecks early

What they look for

• 3 or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Fluent English and Russian, spoken and written
• Comfortable sourcing and mapping candidates on your own
• Clear communication and sound judgment with confidential information
• Organised enough to run several open roles at once
• Self-directed and at ease working remotely in a small team

Nice to have

• Background in family offices, concierge services or travel and hospitality
