About the role

A field sales leadership role overseeing a team of data security specialist account executives across EMEA and APJ. The director drives revenue growth and talent development while working across a matrixed organisation.

What you will do

Recruit, hire and develop specialist sales talent across EMEA and APJ
Build individual development plans and coach the team to exceed targets
Run the territories as a general manager with accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasting
Work with product management, product marketing and services to represent field needs
