Regional HR Business Partner

About the role

Carry out HR programs and processes across a region, covering staffing, performance, learning and employment practices. Advise regional HR managers and respond to local needs.

What you will do

• Run HR programs and processes covering organizational effectiveness, staffing, performance management, learning and employment practices
• Handle associate relations to keep the workplace positive and productive
• Guide HR regional managers and their teams
• Review reports to assess HR operations for the assigned area
• Identify regional needs and develop or facilitate programs that address them
• Take part in acquisition integration work such as orientation, benefits and training

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent background
• Generally seven or more years of experience in a related field
• Ability to analyze situations and reach planned results using professional methods
• Experience managing a team or indirectly supervising support staff
• Willingness to travel overnight 25 to 50 percent of the time

Nice to have

• Seven or more years supporting HR at all organizational levels
• Experience supporting more than 600 employees
• Background in staffing, learning and talent management
• Experience supervising others and managing multiple units
