Executive Business Support Officer

About the role

Support executive directors and the board of trustees with administration, coordination and governance. Help senior leaders manage priorities and deliver organisational goals.

What you will do

• Provide business and administrative support to assigned executive directors
• Manage complex diaries, appointments, correspondence and inboxes
• Prepare reports, presentations and briefing papers for leaders and board meetings
• Coordinate board, committee and leadership meetings, including papers, minutes and actions
• Arrange business travel, accommodation and itineraries and track spending
• Support strategic projects, monitor expenses and keep financial records

Pay

GBP 25,877.80 to 34,240.03 per year
