Regional HR Business Partner

About the role

Serve as the senior people partner for field leadership across a multi-state region. The role turns people strategy into scalable, data-informed programs for a large hourly and salaried workforce.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with regional vice presidents and market operations directors across several markets
• Recommend and carry out people initiatives tied to operational goals, such as workforce planning and retention
• Use data and trends to shape decisions and design interventions that scale across regions and store formats
• Drive enterprise programs like performance cycles, compensation reviews and HR system launches in the field
• Build repeatable processes that cut manual work for stores and keep HR support consistent
• Diagnose root causes of turnover and staffing problems and address them

What they look for

• Significant multi-unit HR business partner experience in quick service restaurants, food and beverage, hospitality or retail
• Residency within the supported Mid-Atlantic region and willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to balance strategic influence with hands-on execution
• Strong judgment, business acumen and operational understanding
• Comfort leading independently and navigating ambiguity
• Skill at influencing leaders toward sound long-term people decisions
