About the role

Appraise homes and produce credible, well-supported valuations for lenders, appraisal managers, private clients and consumers. The firm supports appraisers with technology, marketing and operational help.

What you will do

• Complete defensible valuations of residential properties
• Handle assignments efficiently while keeping quality and compliance high
• Use the firm's tools and resources to speed up daily workflow
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients when required
• Keep current on industry rules and accepted practices

What they look for

• Hold a Certified Residential Appraiser license
• Show strong analytical ability and close attention to detail
• Work independently yet welcome feedback and process changes
• Use appraisal software and market research tools competently
• Bring a growth mindset, willing to learn and adapt
