A 12-month fixed-term remote contract recruiting business and commercial roles, partnering with leaders across APAC time zones to attract and hire top talent.
What you will do
- Run full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination and offer negotiation
- Focus mainly on business and commercial hiring needs
- Advise hiring managers and HR partners on needs, market insights and recruitment
- Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through onboarding
- Improve hiring processes and contribute to recruitment projects
- Keep recruitment data and documentation accurate and build talent pipelines
What they look for
- 3 to 6 or more years of recruitment experience, ideally in internet, fintech, financial services, Web2 or leading agencies
- Proven hiring for business or commercial functions
- Strong modern sourcing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience mapping talent across regional or global markets
- Record of meeting ambitious hiring targets
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
Nice to have
- Recruiting experience in fintech, financial services or Web2
- Web3 or crypto hiring experience
- Additional languages beyond English
