Regional Operations Specialist

About the role

Oversees daily operations at several sites, keeping scheduling, staffing, administration and customer coordination running smoothly. Works with regional leaders to support quality care, efficiency and strong partner relationships.

What you will do

• Build and adjust site schedules, handling callouts and changes in patient volume
• Coordinate paid leave, coverage and staffing across multiple locations
• Track payroll and overtime, audit invoices and manage supply ordering
• Prepare materials for customer meetings and help resolve operational escalations
• Interview and onboard patient coordinators, training new hires on processes and systems
• Keep site documentation current and schedule preventive maintenance and compliance checks

What they look for

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Solid grasp of scheduling, staffing logistics and administrative workflows
• Background in payroll, reporting and operational coordination
• Familiarity with regulatory standards such as Joint Commission, CMS and ACR
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Able to juggle several sites and priorities at once

Nice to have

• Three or more years in healthcare operations, radiology or a medical office
• Experience in mobile imaging or multi-site healthcare settings
